MARIN TENANTS ORGANIZING PROJECT
The Grassroots Leadership Network of Marin is supporting tenants organizing through
the Marin Tenants Organizing Project. By working to create and sustain an institution that
represents tenants’ interests through policy advocacy, we will be promoting working
families stability and equitable economic development.
You are encouraged and welcomed to become involved in a county-wide organizing
effort. Through organizing we have a better opportunity to be heard and to influence
public policy as it relates to local, regional, and national issues while promoting housing
and economic stability for families in Marin.
Currently, we are in the selection process of Tenants' Voice Council members for 2008-
2009.
Grassroots Leadership Network of Marin is counting on your active participation to
support and develop the tenants organizing project. Yes! Your participation is extremely
important in the development of a county wide tenants organizing.
A requirement of community members who want to get involved is commitment, interest
and participation in supporting access to affordable housing, environmentally healthy
housing and fair housing for all residents of Marin. Join us! Please fill out the form below
to participate.
